  Log into your Tuvalum account and submit a return request through the 'My Orders' section within 14 days of delivery.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the bicycle or accessory in its original Tuvalum specialized packaging, ensuring all components and documentation are included.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our specialized logistics partner will contact you to arrange a convenient time for a doorstep collection.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our mechanics verify the item's condition at our workshop, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
