Every bike sold on Tuvalum undergoes a rigorous inspection by our professional mechanics. We verify the frame integrity, drivetrain performance, and component wear to ensure it meets our 'Tuvalum Certified' standards before shipping.
What is the shipping cost and delivery time?
Shipping costs vary based on your location and are calculated at checkout. Once a bike passes our inspection, delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days within the European Union.
Can I return a bike if it doesn't fit me?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy. If the bike is not the right fit or doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return as long as the bicycle remains in the same condition it was delivered.
Do the bikes come with a warranty?
All 'Tuvalum Certified' bikes include a 12-month warranty on the frame and components against hidden defects, providing you with the same peace of mind as buying a brand-new bicycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. We also offer flexible financing options in several countries so you can pay for your bike in monthly installments.
How is the bike packaged for delivery?
We use custom-designed, reinforced cardboard boxes. The bike arrives 95% assembled; you will usually only need to straighten the handlebars and attach the pedals to start riding.
